We provide one-stop services from photo shooting and AI retouching to printing and high-definition soft copy provision. Parents can bring their children to the stores for parent & child photography services. After photo shooting and selection, AI technology will be adopted to select desired background colours to relive the precious moments in the studio. In addition to children, Fotomax has also extended its services to cover “furry kids” in recent years. At our Airside store in Kai Tak, furry kids and their owners can experience "Professional Pet Portrait” services. Different props are available in the store for photo shooting. Staff experienced in pet photography will take photos of the pets and the pets with their owners in the store. A SELFIE BOOTH will be set up outside the store, so that during non-business hours, owners and their furry kids can take sticker selfies to capture precious moments.

Elderly who have taken photos in our stores can save the photos on their mobile phones and upload them directly for application. Fotomax is now cooperating with China Travel Service to launch Home Return Permit ID photo shooting and online verification services. After taking ID photos at our stores, you can verify whether the photos are suitable for the application using the China Travel Service photo verification system in the stores. Photos which have passed the verification will be issued a verification receipt. Customers can use the photos for the application within 6 months of receipt issuance.
