FOTOMAX MEMBER (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

MEMBER DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Member Discount offer only applicable for photo printing, document printing, and personalized gift for both shop and website.
• Member Discount offer: Not applicable to Samsung Product, Heartwarming Stamps, Mini Name stickers, Cloth Stickers, Wedding Stickers, Personalized Stamp, MyStyle Octopus Card, Selected Personalized Gift and Accessories.

MEMBER BONUS POINT SCHEME

• Bonus Point Program is applicable to spending on photo printing, document printing, photofinishing, digital imaging services professional lab services and merchandises at Fotomax or Fotometa shops & website.

• For every spending of $1 on photo printing, document printing, photofinishing, digital imaging services and professional lab services. 5 bonus points will be awarded. For every spending of $1 on merchandise, 1 bonus point will be awarded.

• Bonus points can also be used as payment at Fotomax shops and website (250pts=$1).

• Bonus Point Program will be calculated on net spending of each transaction excluding any decimal point. All bonus points will be deduced when using bonus points for payment. The remaining amount will be paid by other payment means.

• Expiry date of bonus point for Bonus Point Program is 31 March and 30 September of each year. All points will be expired and deleted after 11pm on due date. (Expiry date for bonus points earned from 1 April to 30 September is 31 March of next year; expiry date of bonus points earned from 1 October to 31 March next year is 30 September of next year.)

• Member is requested to input password for verification when using bonus point for payment or redemption.

• Bonus points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed in any way for cash or other electronic value (such as value stored on the Octopus card).

• Refund/ Return Policy is not applicable to all services or products redeemed with bonus point.

• Purchase made with membership can also enjoy our "Total Satisfaction Guarantee". However, bonus points equivalent to points earned for the amount refunded will be deducted from member's account in case of refund/ return.

• One membership account for each member. Member can use bonus points from individual account only and cannot use bonus points jointly with other member's account.

Membership Cancellation

• Fotomax membership will automatically expire if no transaction has been recorded in the past 36 months at Fotomax shops or Fotomax website; in this case, member profiles, or any information contained in profiles, will be deleted.

• Fotomax reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice to customers.
